This record tells the story of what seems like a reasonable distance to one person may feel too far to permanent lights that come from a particular form of oppression. These field-recordings of the ocean floor are divided into five layers, each with typical features of salinity, pressure, temperature and marine life, according to their depth in a musical representation. All tracks are solely made with modular synthesis. The album focuses on creating a mood or atmosphere through synthesizers and timbral qualities. Volume swells and feedback provides dynamic movements. Although the music tells a specific story, it is mainly free improvisation during the night because of insomnia.
